Vitápolis

The APE Grupo Architecture Awards winner: Vitápolis is a senior residential complex conceived by the Romero&Vallejo studio, offering customizable social and care services. It comprises 35 fully accessible independent apartments and over 1,500 square meters of common areas, including gyms, workshops, a cafeteria, meeting areas, lounges, gardens, pools, sports facilities, and urban gardens. This project aims to address the evolving social, care, and emotional needs of this demographic. APE Grupo’s Mud collection, specifically the Incision Mud White piece, has been chosen for the wall cladding, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the space.
